Tala Bay Supports Aqaba Marine Reserve's in GLOSS Sea Level Monitoring Network

In a collaborative effort to protect the marine #environment, Tala Bay has announced its support for the Aqaba Marine Reserve's membership in the global #GLOSS sea level monitoring network. A new monitoring station was installed on October 15, 2024, funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Jordan, on Tala Bay Marina . The station utilizes a solar-powered sensor to provide accurate data on sea level rise in the Gulf of Aqaba. Through this partnership, Tala Bay aims to enhance the sustainability of marine ecosystems and promote eco-tourism in the region, thereby elevating the profile of Aqaba and Jordan on the global level
